INTERNAL SALES & OFFICE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

(Telephone & Email Sales / CRM / Admin Support)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

SSR Limited is a specialist supplier to the construction and civil engineering sector. We are seeking a reliable, organised and commercially minded Internal Sales & Office Support Executive to join our small, experienced team.

This role is suited to someone with telephone-based or internal sales experience who is comfortable making professional outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and following up opportunities — without aggressive or high-pressure selling.

The position combines structured sales activity, CRM-based account development, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Making professional, low-pressure outbound calls to introduce SSR and identify relevance

Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries

Following up quotations and maintaining contact with existing and prospective customers

Supporting account development through measured, relationship-led follow-up

Updating and managing customer records using HubSpot CRM

Assisting with general sales administration and office support tasks

Liaising internally with sales, technical and accounts functions as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in telephone sales, internal sales, or B2B customer service

A confident, professional and calm telephone manner

Ability to ask clear, simple questions and listen to customer responses

Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM experience advantageous)

Strong organisation and attention to detail

A practical, flexible approach suited to a small business environment

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot

Exposure to construction, engineering or technical products

Experience supporting quotations or managing repeat customer accounts
