Make a real impact keeping critical research facilities running. We're looking for a dependable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across the ICR estate.
What you'll do- Carry out PPM and breakdowns across HVAC plant: chillers, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves and actuators.
- Support compliance activities (incl. L8) and keep accurate records in the CAFM.
- Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and work safely to Equans SHEQ standards.
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent).
- F‑Gas Category 1 certification (full).
- Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
- Confident with CAFM systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook).
- 18th Edition (IET), PASMA and IPAF.
- Prior FM experience in hospitals/labs is a plus.
- Core pattern is weekdays; role may include late shifts, weekends, and on‑call rota with allowance. PPE required (Hi‑Viz & safety footwear).
