Looking for a mid-level Front-End Developer role where your hands-on commercial experience directly drives business results?
Our client’s growing digital team builds high-performing, conversion-driven experiences across multiple consumer brands. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and marketers to deliver seamless, data-driven solutions that make a real difference.
What’s in it for you?
• Work on a commercially driven platform with scope to innovate and modernise existing systems
• Hands-on collaboration with design, backend, and marketing teams in a supportive environment
• Training and development opportunities in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and modern front-end techniques
• Exposure to high-converting landing pages and lead funnels that directly impact business outcomes
• Contribute to team-wide KPIs and measurable digital results, rather than being accountable for individual metrics
Are you the right person for the job?
• Mid-level Front-End Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on commercial experience
• Strong knowledge of HTML, utility-first CSS (e.g., Tailwind), and modern JavaScript
• Experience building responsive, high-converting landing pages and multi-step lead funnels
• Familiarity with PHP-based platforms is desirable
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus (training provided if needed)
• User-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
What will your role look like?
• Frontend Development: Build, maintain, and optimise responsive interfaces; turn wireframes into production-ready code; improve multi-step forms and high-converting landing pages
• Performance & Quality: Ensure cross-browser functionality, mobile responsiveness, accessibility standards, and fast load times; troubleshoot and QA issues
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers on REST APIs, collaborate with designers for UX consistency, and work closely with marketing to ensure tracking, analytics, and attribution requirements are correctly implemented
• Standards & Improvements: Contribute to internal development standards, reusable components, and suggest practical UX and performance improvements
• Team-Focused KPIs: Deliver stable, maintainable code; support funnel performance, page speed, and analytics implementation; ensure accurate tracking and reporting
