Summary
If you would like to be part of a friendly team, working towards ensuring our nature reserves are managed as well as they can be for wildlife and visitors, then this could be the role for you. As our Nature Reserves Officer (NRO), you will oversee practical action for wildlife and activities for volunteers at our nature reserves, as well as working with graziers, neighbours and partners to help support further action to help ensure nature is in recovery.
Working alongside other NRO’s and the Senior Conservation Grazing Officer and reporting to the Nature Recovery Manager you will be a key part of our Nature Recovery Team. We are looking for a passionate hard worker with knowledge and practical skills in habitat management for wildlife and happy to lead volunteers that help support our aspirations. You will work well on your own or as part of a team, be used to working safely, and prepared to work outside in all weathers.
The position is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
