* Act as a subject matter expert for operational reporting, supporting colleagues and suppliers.
* Provide first line support for more complex reporting queries, giving clear and helpful guidance.
* Use performance data to identify improvement opportunities and explore how new technology can enhance reporting.
* Support resource planning to ensure targets and service levels are met.
* Build strong relationships across the business, coaching others on the effective use of data and reports.
* Role model positive behaviours, challenge poor practice and contribute to a culture of continuous imrovement.
* Share knowledge to help grow reporting capability within the team and wider CBS.

What you'll need

* Experience in operational reporting using large work management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
* Strong Power BI skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
* Some experience of working in/support finance services.
* Proven knowledge of SQL.
* Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to influence, support and coach others.
* The ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
