Summary
We are recruiting Front of House staff to work evening, weekends and occasionally day-time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre. This role will involve providing an efficient, effective and safety conscious customer experience to visitors of the theatre.
Successful applicants will have some experience of working with the general public in a hospitality, events or retail environment. Applicants should also be confident in money handling and completing relevant paperwork. The right candidate will be numerate, literate and have excellent customer care skills.
A customer focused approach, commitment to maintaining high standards, and the flexibility to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice will also be required.
Candidates must be able to move between different levels of the venue using stairs
