About the Role:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to GCSE English re-sitters or lower ability learners. With a possible requirement to also deliver Functional Skills (FS) English classes.
Recognise and address barriers to learning while building positive relationships with students to unlock their potential.
Contribute to collaborative planning, resource development, and student monitoring.
Create a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment for students who may have faced perceived failures in English.
