Summary
As an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner (APP) in the Lower Limb Service, you will: Work autonomously at an advanced clinical level, delivering expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with complex lower limb conditions - specifically in the Acute Knee Clinic. Lead on the development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care pathways in collaboration with orthopaedic consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to physiotherapy colleagues, supporting service development and professional growth. Contribute to service evaluation, audit, and research to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with national guidance and best practice. Actively participate in teaching and training across the team and wider service, promoting a culture of learning and excellence. Support the integration of physiotherapy within orthopaedic services, ensuring seamless patient care across Airedale and Skipton sites. Champion patient-centred care, ensuring safety, dignity, and high standards are maintained at all time
