Summary
The IM&T Business Change Analyst will lead on business change activities for the Trustwide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) procurement and Digital First Programme. Responsibilities include analysing and redesigning processes, engaging stakeholders to embed new ways of working, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring systems deliver measurable improvements in patient care and efficiency.
