Summary

This full-time post is available from February 2026 on a fixed term basis until 30/11/2026.


We currently have 5 posts available. The successful applicant will be employed by the University of Exeter but the work will be based in one of the following locations; London, Manchester, Exeter, Oxford and Chertsey.


This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working. The post involves predominantly working on site at one of the clinical research sites at University of Exeter, Oxford Foundation Trust, Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust, Kings College, London and Surrey and Borders NHS Trust and some work can be from home.

The post


The Faculty wishes to recruit five Assistant Psychologists to provide essential frontline support to trial NHS site teams and Principal Investigators, and deliver the trial psychological therapy to participants.


The role ensures the frontline delivery of the trial in a timely manner ensuring that trial activities are delivered to deadlines. The post will involve delivering the therapy and research for the study at the relevant site.


About you


The roles would be suited to an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who is committed to ensuring that the objectives of the MORE-KARE trial are achieved.


The successful applicant will be able educated to degree level. Applicants will ideally hold a degree in Psychology or have an equivalent qualification/experience.
