Summary
Wills & Probate Solicitor
Burton Upon Trent or Derby locations available
My client is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor who is able to work with little supervision and has the knowledge and experience to train and develop more junior members of the team. Ideally the successful candidate will have 5 years PQE/Valid experience, or hold a full CILEX qualification and have experience in the following areas:
Wills
Powers of Attorney
Trusts
Inheritance tax
Probate
Later life planning
Estate Administration
Membership of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and/ or STEP experience is desirable, but not essential.
The ideal Wills & Probate Solicitor will need to be/have:
Hold a relevant qualification (i.e. Solicitor, CILEX)
Have experience of managing a busy workload and prioritising appropriately
Be highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Be well presented with excellent client care
An experience and willingness to be involved in professional networking and marketing activities
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing a busy case load including Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills and LPAs
