Summary
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Airbnb Guest Check-In Assistant to welcome guests, provide smooth check-ins, and ensure a positive first impression of our property.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, well-spoken, and experienced with Airbnb procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in
• Communicate check-in instructions and property guidelines clearly
• Answer guest questions during check-in as needed
• Coordinate with the host regarding guest arrival times and special requests
• Ensure the property is guest-ready prior to arrival (basic checks)
• Report any issues or concerns to the host promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience with Airbnb or short-term rental check-ins (required)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Access to a car or reliable transportation for travel between properties
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends if needed
Preferred Skills:
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with Airbnb platform and guest expectations
