What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver targeted, relationship-focused 1:1 and small group interventions
• Identify and address individual behavioural challenges with creative strategies
• Collaborate daily with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral leads on best practice
• Monitor, record, and celebrate student progress and breakthroughs
• Champion restorative approaches, instilling resilience and positive routines
• Lead by example as a role model, building student confidence and trust
