Summary
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst with a strong background in develop, implement and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies. This role involves monitor, detect and respond to cyber threats across client networks, PMS system and applications. The ideal candidate will heave hands-on experience in threat modelling, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and security audits. The PMS is a core in-house platform that includes multiple integrations with the invoicing, front-office, and back-office systems. It is designed to support end-to-end operational workflows by securely managing appointments, service delivery and payments. These integrations ensure seamless data flow across systems, improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processing, and maintain data accuracy and security in line with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Secure AI platform, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and third-party healthcare integrations.
Monitor live systems for threats affecting users data, front-office access, and back-office system operations.
Perform targeted vulnerability and penetration testing on user portals, admin dashboards and AI services.
Implement access controls for different user roles.
Ensure compliance with information security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Data security standards, investigate and respond to security incidents with minimal service disruption.
Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support client cybersecurity maturity assessments, audits, and certifications.
Work directly with developers to fix security risks during feature development.
Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3+ years' experience with Cyber Security or a related technical role.
Secure AI-driven Systems and associated IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with healthcare or regulated data environments.
Experience with SIEM tools, threat modelling, and security monitoring.
Monitor and respond to cyber threats across cloud platforms, APIs, and web applications.
Implement and maintain data protection, encryption, and identity/access management controls.
Work with software engineers to integrate security into the SDLC and DevOps pipelines.
Desirable:
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), or CEH would be beneficial.
Communication:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong ability to engage with business users, development teams, and stakeholders.
