Summary

Starting a new role in a classroom should feel positive and purposeful-not overwhelming. Feeling unsupported, unfamiliar with the pupils, or placed in a setting that doesn't suit your strengths can make all the difference, and that's exactly what we aim to avoid.

We are working closely with a welcoming primary school in Greenford, to ensure this opportunity is the right fit for you-not just a vacancy to be filled.

You will be supporting a Year 1 pupil with Autism and ADHD within a school that places a strong emphasis on structure, consistency, and the wellbeing of both staff and pupils. The environment is calm, organised, and highly supportive, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact.
