- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each learner
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the organisation's ongoing development
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant teaching or tutoring qualifications (e.g. , PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in delivering functional skills subjects to diverse learners
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK education system and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to tailor your approach to meet individual needs
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning
