Summary

Role Overview
The Reward & Recognition Coordinator will provide administrative and analytical support to the People and Culture team and the business. They will work closely with the Head of Reward & Organisational Effectiveness ensuring the smooth delivery of reward and benefit deliverables. This includes supporting the implementation of new benefits, managing the recognition scheme, assisting with benchmarking exercises, and contributing to the annual pay and bonus review process.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Previous HR or reward experience is helpful (but not essential) – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
