Summary
Residential Care Worker (RCW) – No Experience Needed!
Location: Nuneaton, North Warwickshire
Yearly earnings: £32,199 (including sleep-in payments and on call)
Hourly pay: £14.00 per hour with this increasing to £15.20 when leading shifts
Sleeps paid at £70 each and on call £40
Job Type: Full-time, shift-based (days, nights, weekends)
