AutonoMe delivers support across the UK in Social Care, Welfare to Work, Education and Health. Helping deliver Local and National public funded programmes either directly or in partnership with other organisations and the third sector.
Supporting people and their support network.
You will introduce learners to the AutonoMe service and support them in identifying their outcomes aligned with their programme.
You will guide learners across various locations to use our App to build up their skills and pursue their independence and employment goals.
You will support learners Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, excluding bank holidays. Support may be required outside of these times.

You will work closely with your key stakeholders to embed AutonoMe and promote it externally to the wider community.
You will manage your time and diary efficiently and independently with a focus on ensuring learners are progressing towards their goals and clients are satisfied with the programme.
Data analysis

You will manage and evaluate your client and learner data across the platform regularly in line with your KPIs

You will work closely with your line manager and the operations team, sharing good practices and contributing your expertise and experience to the overall operational strategy.
You will be proactive in overcoming the challenges our clients and learners face, considering how AutonoMe can address them.
