Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and service-related queries with professionalism and efficiency

- Explain completed work and vehicle recommendations, ensuring customer understanding
- Adhere to manufacturer service protocols and requirements
- Maintain accurate records using dealership systems and processes
- Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
