Summary
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65,000 OTE.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary up to c. £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
- OTE at £65,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
Requirements:
- Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
