Summary
Fire Alarm Project Manager - London - £55,000
I am currently representing a well-established fire specialist company, who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to several clients across central London. Due to sheer growth, they are now seeking a fire alarm project manager to add to the team.
Salary package:
- £45,000 - £55,000
- Company Car
- 25 Days holidays
Area of cover:
- London
Carrying out the following:
- Managing projects between 250k – 2Million
- Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
- Full financial control of projects
- Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
- Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
- Negotiate contract variations
- Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
- Oversee design of FA installs
- Prepare quotations
- Develop and prepare budgets and take-offs
- Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to BAFE standards
Requirements:
- Estimator experience
- Knowledge of current British standards
- Fire detection and other equipment experience
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
