Summary
Job Title: Groundworker/Ganger
Location: Landkey, Barnstaple
Salary: £21.50 to £25.00 – dependent on experience and tickets held (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 19 January 2026
Duration: 3 Months
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker/Ganger to join a long-term project in Landkey, Barnstaple. The ideal candidate will have proven Ganger experience and credentials. A dumper ticket would also be advantageous.
Offered:

Duties:
- Carrying out all general Groundworker duties
- Carrying out Ganger duties
- Operating a dumper when required
Required
- A valid CSCS/NPORS/CPCS card
- Own PPE and tools
- Reliable and punctual, able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role
