The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with students, staff and parents on a day-to-day basis.

They must have a desire to support pupils to achieve their best both in an out of the classroom, with a ‘never give up’ attitude. They must also have a calming presence across the school, showing empathy in tough situations, responding with a kind but firm approach.

They will have to have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and sound administrative skills.
