What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Science teacher with a passion for developing an engaging and inspirational Key Stage 3 Science experience. You will work closely with our Director of Science and Second in Science to secure a consistent, high quality Science education experience for our learners.
In partnership with the Director of Science and other leaders, you will:
• Develop and lead a dynamic and inspiring Key Stage 3 Science provision
• Consider the school’s ‘Pure potential’ belief and how this can be interpreted within Science, through high expectations and aspirations for the students
• Develop pedagogical approaches to Science across the team
