What skills and experience we're looking for

The Priory Federation of Academies Trust, an established and supportive MAT, is seeking to appoint a number of Examinations Invigilators to work at our Academies throughout Lincolnshire.

No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. The successful applicants must be flexible in their availability to working hours, especially for our key summer dates and will have desirably worked in a customer- focused environment.

Duties include:

• Assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations by directing them to their seats and advising them about possessions permitted in examination venues.
• Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside examination venues.
• Invigilating during examinations, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures.
• Checking attendance during examinations.
• Recording details of late arrivals.
• Escorting candidates from venues during the examinations as required, and supervising candidates whilst outside examination venues.
• Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination in accordance with strict procedures.

• To attend and participate in the invigilators annual training day to update knowledge on regulations and procedures.
