We’re looking for a Digital Operations Product Specialist to support the success of our product squads and help bring new digital innovations to life. You’ll focus on testing, documentation, training, and operational readiness to ensure teams across Haven are prepared. This 12-month fixed-term role supports the national rollout of Holiday Home Wi-Fi, working closely with the Product and Programme Managers to ensure smooth deployment and transition into everyday use. What you will be doing:
- Providing hands-on operational support to product squads, ensuring successful rollout, testing, documentation, training, and smooth adoption by park teams.
- Acting as the main operational link during the Holiday Home Wi-Fi national rollout, translating plans into clear processes for parks, installers, and support teams.
- Owning and maintaining all operational readiness materials, including checklists, training resources, support documentation, and launch communications aligned to rollout phases.
- Raising awareness of product changes and manage knowledge within Digital Operations to ensure seamless transitions and high guest and park experiences.
- Supporting early-life service stability and the transition of new products into business-as-usual, driving continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.


What we’d like you to bring
- Previous experience supporting digital products within a fast-paced, delivery-focused organisation, with a strong understanding of product development and multi-site rollout operations.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi and connectivity services and their impact on guest experience and park operations, with the ability to identify and improve guest-facing product journeys.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible training, documentation, and support materials for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and deliver digital product knowledge and training, working autonomously and to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with experience coordinating projects and working effectively across teams, demonstrating strong organisational awareness and operational insight.
