Summary
Alz Travel LTD are looking for an experienced transport admin in the King's Lynn area.
Pay rate:
£14 per hour
Role:
* Proactively planning the daily transport schedule to ensure all customer requirements are met
* Monitor daily vehicle checks to ensure that the daily transport safety measures are being met.
* Communicate with transport staff to ensure they understand their route and the requirements of the route. Ensure compliance with the route, reporting any exceptions to your manager.
* Ensure that every route is tracked via the tracking systems. Any exceptions or faults are reported to your manager, ensuring the accurate recording of all data entry including incident reports and route scheduling documents.
* Ensure the accurate recording of all data entry on Bright HR
* Ensure drivers licence checks are completed as per company policy
* All daily reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Ensure the vehicles are being kept clean by drivers
* Accurate and timely reporting on driver's attendance, absence and performance.
* Respond appropriately to all clients queries as required.
* Details and complete handover to the management team on a daily basis
* Adhoc cover work of drivers\pa during staff leave
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
* Good, working knowledge of transport and logistics
* Reliable (high attendance and good timekeeping)
* Assist with general duties within the transport function.
* Highly flexible
* Good communicator
* Works safely and follows Health & Safety and site rules
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Ability to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing fast paced environment
* Good organisational and planning skills
* Knowledge of health & Safety requirements
* Computer literate, experience of MAC systems and MS Office packages
* DBS Fully enhanced (paid for and applied for by ALZ)
* KLWNBC Taxi Licence (paid for by ALZ)
* First Aid trained (paid for by Alz)
* Safeguarding trained (paid for by Alz)
