Summary
ROLE TITLE: Service Manager
LOCATION: Remote
Salary: £36k - £41k per annum
Duration: 6 months
We are actively looking to secure a L2 Application Technical Support candidate to join Experis.

Key accountabilities of the role
- Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and team meetings.
- Track progress and update stakeholders on status.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Essential Skills:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Support research, data collection, and documentation activities.
- Help maintain tools, systems, and processes for the team.
- Coordinate meetings and track action items.
- Learn and apply best practices in project and operational workflows.
