Summary
Combined Cadet Force (CCF) School Staff Instructor
Scale 6 (£31,537 - £33,699 FTE)
15 Hours (2 Days) per week, Term Time
Permanent position — Available as soon as possible
Baxter College and Stourport High School & VIth Form College are seeking a driven and professional School Staff Instructor (SSI) to play a formative role in establishing/embedding our Combined Cadet Force (CCF) as a major pillar of student leadership and learning.
The SSI is a key staff member responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Contingent and the development of the leadership potential of our Cadets. This role is split across both schools, providing a unique opportunity to build a strong learning community and collaborate with our wider school network.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Experience holding senior rank in the Armed Forces (SNCO or Warrant Officer status).
A proven record of administration, preferably in a training environment.
The ability to plan and conduct training exercises, including weapon training and range practices.
A full, valid UK driving licence, with the ability to drive minibuses (Category D1) or a willingness to train.
Reliability and the flexibility to work occasional weekends and week-long camps.
