Permanent term time only post - 31 hours per week + 5 inset daysNorton Hill School is an oversubscribed, successful school serving Midsomer Norton and the surrounding area and is an integral part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership. We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and hard-working Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate should be able to manage and support classes during teacher absence where work has been set by a qualified teacher and can be carried out independently by pupils.We would like to hear from you if you believe you can make a positive contribution to our school. Duties to include: Supervise pupils during the absence of teachers, ensuring they work on taskManage the classroom to maintain a good learning environment Support pupils with their learning Support subject areas with various duties Norton Hill serves Midsomer Norton, Radstock and the surrounding rural area where there is an abundance of attractive and affordable housing. The school is on the edge of the Mendips but close to Bath, Bristol, Frome and Wells.Closing Date: 30th January 2026
