We're excited to be recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a critical client-facing position, supporting a fast-paced and innovative organisation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of internal resourcing requirements. Acting as the key link between hiring managers and internal sourcing teams, you'll help drive recruitment success across multiple functions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, managing expectations and taking detailed vacancy briefings.
- Coordinate with internal sourcing teams across multiple locations to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Provide recruitment advice and market insights to influence hiring decisions positively.
- Manage occasional engagement with third-party recruitment agencies when internal teams cannot fulfil requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain accurate data across recruitment systems.
- Deliver meaningful MI reporting as required.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within an MSP or RPO environment.
- Strong hiring manager-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple teams.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Genuine curiosity and interest in client projects and products, with the ability to engage confidently in conversations about innovation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
