Summary

Secondary Supply Teacher – Daily supply from as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in Oxford and the surrounding areas.Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom expectations
• Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere
• Follow lesson plans provided or create appropriate content when required
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where necessary
• Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Has recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Is confident teaching across a range of subjects or specialising in one
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
• Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
