Summary
Detailed job description and main responsibilities Knowledge and Experience Detailed knowledge of the emergency planning/business continuity statutory and regulatory framework within the UK (i.e., CivilContingencies Act 2004) Knowledge and understanding of project management and risk management Knowledge of the organisational and management structures of the NHS Knowledge of the emergency planning/business continuity guidance for the NHS Demonstrable and significant experience of working at senior management level within the NHS or category 1 responder emergencyservice Demonstrable working experience of emergency planning/business continuity planning particularly during periods of change. Experience in supporting and responding to emergency and business continuity incidents Significant experience in delivering, developing and assessment of training People management experience including appraisals and personal and professional development Qualifications Degree qualification (or equivalent experience) in emergency planning and business continuity Diploma in Health Emergency Planning (Dip HEP) Current training qualification
