What you'll do Lead and motivate a skilled ward team, driving high standards of care. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management. Champion patient safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless patient experiences. What you'll bring with you Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong surgical background, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
