Summary
To scan all medical information and code where protocol allows, medical information from the hospital letters and input into the patient computer record. Adhering to the strict protocols to maintain a fully electronic patient record. Support other staff in specific medical records tasks. Distribute internal boxes and opening incoming post. To portray the Practice in a positive light. To carry out any other reasonable instructions.
