Summary

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Transport Operations Assistant to join our transport team. This role is essential in supporting the effective delivery of services by providing day-to-day operational support.

They will have experience in all general administrative tasks, associated with a busy front line team. The successful candidate will be confident working on their own initiative, with strong attention to detail and sound numerical skills. They will work collaboratively across departments, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and public engagement.

The responsibilities of the role will include; ensuring efficient service delivery to meet operational and customer needs and resolving issues as they arise.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised officer administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. They will be the teams first point of contract for communications and have excellent time management skills.

The candidate should also be analytical, have a methodical approach, strong communication skills and be able to manage and respond to various forms of communication.

They will be motivated and take ownership and responsibility; work as efficiently as possible working to deadlines. They should be competent in Microsoft Office computer packages, particularly in Excel.
