Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of Adult Orthopaedics in-patients’ team with a 12 month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend). We are looking for Band 7 Physiotherapist who will be responsible for providing a high-quality therapy service to the adult orthopaedic inpatient caseload within the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. The Band 7 Physiotherapist is required to provide clinical supervision and act as a source of specialist advice to student, Band 5 and 6 physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and therapy technicians. The post holder will also provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients, carers and families. Be the lead role in the assessment, diagnosis and formulation of physiotherapy treatment plans and lead within the multi-disciplinary team, providing specialist advice to other specialist health professionals, both internally and externally. You will be joining the team of 20+ therapy staff. You will also support theClinical Lead within Adult Orthopaedic Therapy Team with the delivery of the national and RNOH AHP strategy.
You will be supported by a Clinical Specialist Therapists and encouraged to develop your clinical, managerial and research skills.
