Olsen Travel, we are excited to be recruiting a motivated and dedicated Administration Team Leader to join our team at our Ipswich Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of both Franchise and Fred. Holidays administration. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Service Administrators, ensuring procedures are followed, while driving efficiency and delivering an excellent customer experience.As Administration Team Leader, you will report to the Service Manager and play a key role in supporting the development of the Franchise and Fred. Holidays Administration function. This will include overseeing documentation processing, educating and developing team members, contributing to business planning, building strong working relationships, and ensuring key skills are effectively embedded across the team. You will be responsible for delivering the induction training programme for new starters, acting as the first point of contact for escalated booking queries from staff, clients, and Franchisees, and conducting regular one-to-one meetings, performance management, and ongoing coaching. You will also oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Administration Team, ensuring high standards and consistent service delivery.We are keen to hear from candidates who have proven administration and people management experience, with the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. You will be highly organised, able to work to deadlines, meet targets, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Previous knowledge or experience within the travel industry would be highly beneficial; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in call centres, administration, or other office-based environments.This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
