You will be part of a brilliant learning support team, led by a SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo. The team also includes twelve teaching assistants and two apprentice learning support assistants.You will have a passion for inclusion, and a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve to their highest potential. Time-management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills.The job description will give you further details about what we require. Our 2025 results were, again, very strong. Over 50% of our students achieved a Grade 5+ in English & Maths. 41% of our SEN students achieved a Grade 4+ in English & Maths. As has been the case for many years now, all of our headline measures are well above national averages.
