You'll Fit Right Inn

The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs across various platforms to enhance our digital presence, marketing campaigns, on-site POS and consumer engagement.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print materials, including menus, on-site POS, web assets, social media posts, signage and presentations. In line with your manager's brief and the company’s brand kit.
  • Take ownership of design projects from brief to final delivery, incorporating feedback efficiently and meeting agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualise creative ideas.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to manage and adapt existing brand guidelines, design formatting and SOPs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and relevant creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains high quality, brand consistency, and production-ready standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional design experience (Corporate, hospitality and/or agency).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and ad hoc design requests in a calm, collective manner.

Desirable

  • Experience in menu formatting/designing.
  • Experience in video editing.
  • Experience of working in hospitality.
  • Experience of working with online project management platforms/tools.
