About the Team
Our established Maintenance team is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, general maintenance, safety, and security of the services buildings, grounds, and outdoor equipment.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Estates Team and school staff to help provide a safe environment which enhances and promotes the education of our pupils. You’ll be responsible for and ensure the upkeep, general maintenance, safety and security of the services buildings, grounds and outdoor equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • To instruct & supervise maintenance staff.
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance and generally upkeep the buildings.
  • Prioritise and plan repairs to ensure, as far as possible, minimum inconvenience & disruption to the school.

  • Experience of managing a maintenance team.
  • Good understanding of HSE requirements, permits and site compliance
  • Able to demonstrate relevant experience in building general repair and maintenance
