Enablement Support Worker – Adult Social Care (Short-Term Reablement)

Location: Amber Valley

Contract Options: 18, 24, or 30 hours per week (with flexibility for extra hours)

We’re on the lookout for passionate Enablement Support Workers to join our short-term reablement teams in the Adult Care department. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives across Amber Valley, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence.
Deliver personalised care plans including personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and wellbeing support.
Collaborate with a multi-professional team and contribute to multi-disciplinary discussions.
Accurately record progress and escalate concerns when needed.
Receive ongoing support and training to help you excel and grow in your career.
