Summary

Business Development Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Newcastle College is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our apprenticeship provision across a defined range of industry sectors. The role is accountable for achieving key performance indicators, improving market share and maximising new business development opportunities aligned to college delivery areas.

You will play a key role in identifying and developing employer relationships, generating high-quality employer leads that contribute to team job start and income targets, and effectively account managing key employers to support sustained growth. You will also provide leadership and support to the business development team, ensuring activity is targeted, compliant and aligned with organisational objectives.
