Summary
As Team Leader you will assist in the delivery of a safe and calm environment for service users struggling to cope with life. With the aim of avoiding the need for emergency care. Your will provide a focal point for the team on a day-to-day basis. You will take the lead in referrals ensuring Alabaré complies with all policies and procedures.
