Salary: Circa £26,000

Hours: 37 hours per week

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our People and Culture team, providing essential HR Recruitment support.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews to processing new starter paperwork and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll also play a key part in identifying creative ways to attract top talent, represent Coastline at recruitment events, and deliver workshops for managers and colleagues.
