Summary
We’re looking for a confident, friendly Office Junior to join our small, close-knit team. This role is ideal for a school leaver who wants to learn on the job and be part of a small, family-run business where everyone pitches in and supports each other.
No previous office experience is needed — full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Answering and making phone calls (confidence on the phone is important)
• Taking messages and booking jobs
• Helping with general office admin such as emails, filing and data entry
• Speaking to customers, drivers and suppliers
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Confident talking on the phone and comfortable speaking to people
• Friendly, polite and approachable
• Willing to learn and take instruction
• Basic computer skills (emails, Word, Excel)
• Reliable, organised and punctual
• Happy working as part of a small team in a family business
