Part-Time - Weekdays
Salary: £12.21 per hour
We are in search of a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team. If you are passionate about the transportation industry, eager to contribute to a company on the rise, and excited about the prospect of being a key player in our success story, then we want to hear from you.
You will be working in a secure office environment using our in-house dispatch system. Full training will be provided for this.
You will need to be organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a great customer service attitude. You must be a good team member but confident to work alone and use your own initiative. You must be reliable, good at working under pressure at peak times.
The successful applicants will need high levels of accuracy and concentration. This role can be very fast paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure in a calm, professional manner.
Role Requirements:
• Good knowledge of the Stirling area
• Good customer service communication skills
• Must be able to work weekdays/Nights and be flexible on weekends if required
Role Responsibilities
• Taking and dealing with booking and enquiries over the phone
• providing quotes
• dispatching work to drivers
• recording and inputting information accurately and communicate with customers efficiently and professionally. Assisting drivers where required.
• Provide excellent customer service
Experience:
• Call Centre: 1 year (preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given)
