Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker
Location: Enfield, Edmonton, Tottenham, Barnet, N13 and N14
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, five full days weekly, 7 am-8 pm / Part-time, three full days weekly, 7 am-8 pm.
Reports to: Care manager Gemma
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support service users with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining good nutrition and hydration.
Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to service users.
Assist with domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Keep accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in condition or concerns to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other care team members.
Promote independence, choice, and respect in all aspects of care delivery.
