Summary
Your new company
A well-established, family-run business operating across multiple leisure sites on the Derbyshire-Leicestershire border. The company manages a large marina and several holiday parks and is continuing to expand, creating exciting opportunities for new team members.
Your new role
You will join a small, friendly development and maintenance team responsible for site improvements and upkeep across multiple locations. Tasks include groundwork for new plots, tree & hedge trimming, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance of facilities. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in labour-intensive roles (landscaping, groundworks, or construction).
- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance
- Experience with dumper trucks and chainsaws (advantageous but not essential).
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.
